Due to the strategic, personalized, and time-based nature of our services, the following refund terms apply.
The Web Premium Audit involves dedicated preparation time, manual analysis, and reserved scheduling capacity.
Because of this, completed purchases are generally considered non-refundable.
Clients who cannot attend their scheduled session may request one reschedule with reasonable notice.
Requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment whenever possible.
Refund requests related to duplicate payments, technical payment errors, or exceptional situations will be reviewed individually.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in loss of the reserved appointment and may not qualify for a refund.
